STEM CELLS:
Aajonus: Stem cells treatments do restore cells only as healthy as the healthiest cell in a person’s body. That depends on how well they avoided industrial toxins. I met and saw a man go from a wheel chair to a tennis court in about 3.5 months following stem cell therapy. However, he died 11 months later. I saw Don Ho feeble from heart disease and unable to work for almost 3 years return to singing and playing in 2 months following stem cell treatment but died within a year. I have not witnessed stem cell treatments cure disease in the 10 years I have been following it.
Q: Did these people die because they were unhealthy originally, or did they die because the stem cell therapies screwed up the human body? The other thing you might train your fine mind on is telomeres. Is there a way you can access them in a different mode than pills?
Aajonus: Stem cells are partially amazing but because of the culture medium used to rapidly breed them, they become somewhat toxic and weaker. So, there is a trade-off. However, in every case I have seen, the patient had a good life before they died without all of the misery they suffered prior to stem cells. Every time a researcher isolates something and gives it substantial importance, to boost their status, they pump the isolate way out of proportion. Time and research with telomeres will show that they have a lot less significance without all of the adjuncts with which they interact.
Bone Marrow:
Question: I happened to be reading a work of fiction by Jim Harrison the other night on a dinner break at work. It was one of four stories in his book called "Legends of the Fall" after which the Brad Pitt film was made. On page 208 Harrison writes "The most haunting paragraph, though, was a description of buffalo skulls which Ludlow recognized foresaw One Stab's Ghost Dance superstitions and Tristan's boyish passion, 'A man who shoots a buffalo and not eat the entire body and make a tent or bed of the skin should himself be shot, including the bone marrow which Stab says restores all health to the human body." When I read that I thought of you and decided to share it with you.
Aajonus: The reason that bone marrow is so revered as a cure-all is because bone marrow cells are all stem cells which can transform into any type of cell, be it nerve, glandular or organ.
Fertile Eggs to Produce Stem Cells?
Question: Have you eaten unrefrigerated, fertile eggs with developing chick for their stem cells?
Aajonus: I’ve eaten bunches of them in China. They eat a lot of those in Asia and usually go older so that when you open it, the chick is more developed — sometimes with cartilage and bone developing — rubbery. Stem cells is a theory that hasn’t been proven. You’re not going to digest most of the egg when it is developing into a chick unless you’ve been eating a Primal Diet for 20 years, know how to generate a lot of hydrochloric acid, or you blend it into a solution. In an egg, you have every nutrient on this planet. You can let it start developing but once the sinew and tendons start developing you’re just not going to digest it well unless you’ve been on the diet a long time.
Other Stem Cell Sources?
Question: Other ways to generate stem cells?
Aajonus: Well, you can eat eggs, bone marrow, testes or sperm but have to find a healthy animal or person. Feeding a chicken a vegetarian diet is the worst thing you can do. Chickens are not vegetarian. They’re mainly scavengers and eat rotten meat and bugs. If they eat rotten meat — which they prefer, they won’t eat bugs. They eat carcasses like vultures. That’s why I have Amish farmers butchering their animals and leaving what they don’t use for the chickens who eat it as it rots as well as the ensuing maggots. Usually you see chickens going around pecking each other — because they’re starving. These Amish chickens that are fed my way are walking around rubbing against your leg like a cat and never pecking each other — none of that.
Q: #1 and #2 Most Important Foods...
Aajonus: Just take them out of the refrigerator, put them in the sun in a brown paper bag to get that bacteria growing. I take them in at night but put them out two days — not in direct sunlight which would break down stem cells.
Q: The number one and number two most important foods are dairy products in our diet, the number one I think is butter, what’s number two?
A: I would say meat, for healing.
Q: I just mean that...well we're all healing.
A: Yeah, well you're not going to heal well. You can regenerate cells that are already alive, with eggs and milk but you cannot cause rapid cellular division like a child does unless you are eating raw meat. That's the only way I found in my test with twenty three hundred people, the only way I got growth hormones to reappear in adults was...was raw meat. Even if the raw milk is fresh and warm it only increases it maybe ten percent. Ten percent is good but then who has a cow...sucking the milk out of a cow right away, you know as soon as you refrigerate it, it's lost.
Q: What the fat?
A: No, the growth hormone potential.
Q: Growth hormone potential, okay.
A: Okay.
Q: What if we take it out and let it sit outside for a while?
A: Let's say if you leave it out it'll still cool. See, a cow's body temperature is a hundred and one to hundred and five degrees so when it cools down to let's say room temperature...seventy eight degrees, it'll still lower the proportion but is still higher than if you refrigerate it. So when I get milk fresh from a cow I never refrigerate it.
Q: So once you refrigerate it, you'll have pretty much killed it’s potential for.
A: Growth hormones.
Q: Okay.
A: To increase growth hormones so rapidly. It still will encourage the normal healing growth rate but that's still slow compared to a child where it's very rapid.
Q: Would there be a maximum......How much you’re eating of bone marrow?
Aajonus: No, you can eat as much as you like until you can't eat anymore because usually if I eat three bone marrows a day, let’s say there’re an inch and a half thick, I can't even have two a day. If I go a long period...like in Asia, I don’t get a lot of milk then I can eat six a day. For two days then I can only eat two to three a day again.
Q: Amongst other things does it lubricate the system?
A: Well also, you have very radical growth stem cells in bone marrow, you can only find in bone marrow and placenta and fresh warm unrefrigerated raw milk that will stimulate any kind of cell to develop. So bone marrow is also great for the skin.
Experimenting
Aajonus: In the last four months I’ve also experimented with bone marrow. And applying bone marrow and rubbing it into the gums and even brushing it into the gums will bring the gums back almost a half of a millimeter overnight.
Q: When you say brush it in, brush your gum.
A: Yeah, you take the bone marrow and you get it soft, and you can either rub it up in with your finger and push it up in, or you could take a toothbrush and brush it up in — the gums.
Q: Is that because it has stem cells?
A: Yeah, because of the stem cells.
Question: What about raw eggs though? The eggs I’ve been eating are non-refrigerated.
A: I’ve never found the eggs to help regenerate.
Q: Do eggs have stem cells?
A: Yes but they are not mature. There are stem cells in there but they don’t work. In all my laboratory experiments with people and with animals, eggs never increased the rapidity of cellular division. Only raw meat and fresh unrefrigerated milk did that. Eggs never did it. That‘s why I say in the book it’s not a mature protein; that‘s what I’m saying. I really don’t know the reason but I’m saying that‘s what it is.
Clay:
Aajonus: When you soak clay, it produces its own bacteria. Clay is one of the most unusual substances in the world. It has amoeba like organisms in it that shape-shift. It can become a malaria worm, a parasite to help us clean the blood or a trichinosis bacteria to help us digest. Only food in the world that shape-shifts. So when you soak it for more than three days in pure untreated water, that process is going strong and when it goes into the body, it’s like stem cells of a bacterial or microbial nature to get your probiotics going. Best probiotic you can have. I like mine soaked 4-5 days and then I mix a tablespoon of it in milk. Tastes like chocolate milk. I make big batches and have kept it two years. Might get a little mold after a year. Never refrigerate because then you’ll only breed molds, not bacteria or parasites. Only fungus can grow in those cold temperatures. Add enough water that it looks like plaster of Paris. I put in a dark cupboard with a not-too-tight lid.
Q: How much?
A: Usually 1 tablespoon a day unless you have a problem.
Q: Just leave it out?
A: I put a lid on it — not too tightly — and put it in a low, dark cupboard so it’s cooler.
Q: Do you soak it in what you’re going to consume?
A: No, I soak it in water. Then, I stir it when I take a tablespoon out and put it into milk.
Q: Before or after food?
A: If you’re just taking it with water, good not to have it with food but 40 minutes or an hour after food. Doesn’t matter in milk. It’s not a problem, because clay in milk is really a food. We don’t digest earth like plants do but when we have that bacterial action, the bacteria that is naturally in clay is breaking it down — their waste is our food — so we get to eat the way plants do when we eat clay.
Aajonus: I’ve got a man who’s been on the diet for 12 years and he has an international stem cell company in Bangkok.
How?
Q: How do you grow the cells? Just go to a place where they grow the cells?
A: Yeah, what you do is go and have the blood taken and there’s a way to separate the red blood cells without a chemical — normally they’d use some solvent to dissolve them, but stem cells are whole large cells and there’s a magnetic way to separate them. So, then they separate the adult stem cells and then reproduce them in a laboratory in Israel and then send them to whatever country it is and then they inject them.
Q: Hi Aajonus. I have a bone marrow question. I recently finally got around to ordering some bone marrow with bones from Amos Miller. I tried pushing the marrow out but it wouldn't budge. I saw a food program on TV about soaking it overnight in water to loosen the marrow. So, I tried it. I soaked it overnight in filtered water. I did manage to push it out. It definitely moved easier than yesterday. But, I found it didn't come out in one piece. It kind of squished and broke apart. Anyway, it looks pale in color with some reddish spotted areas. I was going to pate it as I do with everything but there doesn't seem to be that much of it. I only ordered 1 lb (including the weight of the bones which was a lot). Does this sound right? Is there anything I could do better? I plan to just eat it with butter a little later today.
Aajonus: Simply leave the bone out for 8-10 hours and the bone marrow will soften. Soaking it in water will destroy stem-cell activity. Best to simply mash it into pate’d food; too much will be lost adhering to jar and blades.
Q: Oh, rats. I soaked it overnight. It didn't seem to want to come out otherwise. I hope that it is okay to still eat it - even though it has been at least partially compromised. I will do better next time. I just hope I didn't ruin it.
A: It still has its fat value but the stem cell properties have been compromised.
Aajonus: I have a friend and health-related partner, Don Margolis, who has a successful
adult stem-cell company (TheraVitae) that treats people with various heart
diseases. The therapy has about an 80% success-rate. It is expanding to USA.
Since you were researching dietary effects on arteries and heart, I thought
that you and John, and any other doctor you may know, would be very
interested in the results of TheraVitae's work with heart patients.
Please review the attached files and share them with other doctors who might
be interested in working with TheraVitae in the USA.
HAIR LOSS AND MORE ON HAIR:
Hair Loss
Question: My wife has been exercising consistently and eating strict (about 50% raw, including meat with milk in the morning, green juice and smoothies throughout the day - otherwise it's cooked meats/chicken and vegetables). She watches her amounts calorie-wise. She wants to lose weight/get leaner. However, she keeps GAINING weight and going up in body fat % and she's getting frustrated. She now read about hypothyroidism and iodine deficiency and believes it could be why she's not getting the expected results from all the exercise and dieting.
Aajonus: Hyperthyroidism associated with weight loss or gain and hair-loss is fiction. Thyroid protects lungs and heart only. The medical claim that thyroid has anything to do with weight and hair is driven by big pharma to make money off of thyroid drugs and iodine.
Question: Ray Peat's theory on hair loss is that it is caused by estrogen/prolactin
A: PUFAs (polyunsaturated Fatty Acids), mercury, thallium and lead can all cause hair loss.
Q: Peat says PUFAS produce estrogen and prolactin. My guess is since I ate 90% margarine, vegetable oils, etc for the first 20 years of my life, that I have a lot of PUFAs built in to me
A: True. With daily 90-minutes hot baths and cheese eaten frequently daily, it may take as little as 27 years to remove all of it. Without those, it could take 60 years on a perfect diet.
Q: Would detoxing PUFAs disrupt hormones leading to hair loss?
A: Yes
Q: Peat and his main promoter, Danny Roddy, say coconut oil and butter displace PUFAs over time
A: True about butter but better coconut cream rather than coconut oil.
Q: Your recommendations call for a lot of sugar - honey, dates (for thyroid, which Peat and Roddy say is at root of the hair loss problem), and you recommend OJ and pineapple and papaya for various reasons.
A: Those concentrations are temporary remedies, not for everyday throughout life. They are specific for specific symptoms.
Fruitarian
Q: When I was a fruitarian, I was in the best shape of my life, energy, hair, muscularity. I wrecked my teeth as a result, but at no time in my life do I ever recall having energy or mood problems from fruit.
A: For most people who have tried a rigid fruitarian diet, mineral and protein imbalances result after only 3 years. Some make it to 6 years. Only a handful have made it beyond 7 years. Bone and hair loss results after frequently with fruitarians.
Q: I just wonder how I might Primalize the Peat Roddy recommendations, see if it stops the hair loss, and maximizes detoxification....
A: To minimize hair loss, toxins must be neutralized as they pass into follicles, and follicles must be strengthened with raw bone marrow and no-salt raw butter rubbed into the scalp. It takes 50-200 molecules of fat to harness one molecule of mercury. That ratio is almost impossible to achieve with all of the vaccines and other mercury sources in our society. Peat and Roddy do not have the whole picture.
Toxic skin
Question: For about five years off and on I've had severely dry flaky skin under my eyebrows. On several occasions after applying the primal cream or an oil the condition developed into a rash. Recently the skin under my eyebrows is less flakey but the eyebrow hairs are falling out. The hairs will
fall out as I rub coconut oil or butter on them or as I scratch my face on the eyebrows. The hairs grow back but continue to fall out at the root. The flakes are small to large. On several occasions after applying the primal cream or an oil the condition developed into a rash. Several times the rash became severe and caused the skin around my eye, including above and below the eyelids to become swollen. I can pull out hairs with little to no force. I don't know if the hairs are growing back throughout. I've noticed that the flakes intensify after a hot shower and to a lesser degree after a hot bath with added apple cider vinegar and salt. To a lesser extent I have some flakey skin around my mouth, but the flakes are different then under my eyebrows.
A: Your condition indicates to me that you have many toxins stored in your forehead, mostly likely frontal lobe of your brain. Most bodies discard very heavy metals by building them into hair causing hair thinning and/or loss. Flaking skin indicates that toxins passing through skin are very toxic when they reach high air-exposure, killing the upper 1-2 layers of skin. However, since your eyebrow loss occurs when you apply fat to your eyelids, your body wants to discard it through skin. In your case, applying heavy fats block the discard through skin. It is not that way in many people. Rather than apply butter or oil, I suggest applying only coconut cream for 20 minutes then rub off any that did not absorb and is left on skin. Your cells will receive enough water soluble fats that will not block discharge through skin but help prevent severe damage to skin. Eating no-salt raw cheeses hourly and taking hot baths should help to decrease the discharge from isolated locations, such as your eyelids.
Q: Did you review your photographs of my irises to confirm that I have many toxins stored in my forehead? And if frontal lobe toxins are the cause of my problem then why is this only affecting my eyebrows? I didn't mean to imply that the fats and oils that I apply to my eyebrows are causing the hairs to fall out; I only meant that the hair follicles are so weak at times that the act of applying the fat or oil
will remove them. Once I apply fat or oil the flakes minimize and the hairs don't remove as easily. In searching "flakey skin on eyebrows" or "flakey eyebrows" this appears to be a common problem. Some people characterize it as seborrheic dermatitis and contend that it is caused by an over production of skin oil and irritation from a yeast called malassezia. Although I don't believe that yeast is the cause, did you take into consideration that I might be suffering this condition?
A: I reviewed your irises and the toxins in your brain and nerve in the frontal and back to your spine are incredibly concentrated. There could be several reasons only your eyebrows are affected. Your body may be choosing to eliminate the high sulfur, salt and iodine that I see in your frontal lobe and back to spine by building it into your brows or out the eyelids. Or it may be detoxifying throughout your head but only your brow area is very weak and perceptively affected. Those questions I cannot answer without good chances of being incorrect. Applying oils can smother the skin and deprive it of oxygen, causing weakened follicles, resulting in hair loss. I simply was stating that could be partially responsible for hair loss but only in the circumstance of many toxins affecting the area. 99.9% of the information available about any condition will be skewed by the pharma/medical influences that are completely wrong about 99% of all health information and advice. ALL ill condition stem from industrial toxins-contamination.
Hair Treatments
Question: Do you have any new remedies since your book for thinning
and slight balding at the front of the head? I am trying the remedies
from your book.
A: I do not have enough vanity to experiment on myself but I have been with others. I found that if you massage raw fermented (kefir without being made with grains) into the scalp for 1-2 minutes, let it dry and then rub a thin application of no-salt raw butter into scalp for 1-2 minutes, helps thicken hair and in some cases restores some hair growth.
Question: I noticed you have nothing in your book on alopecia and remedies for it. Perhaps in your next book?
A: I do not understand, alopecia is balding/hair loss. I cover it in WWTL. However, my latest experiments with hair loss is showing more effectiveness than those in the book. Gently massaging a diluted mixture of raw apple cider vinegar and good drinking water 1:3 respectively, once daily helps ease hair loss. As I stated in the book, when the body eliminates heavy metals, such as mercury through the scalp, follicles shrink and/or are destroyed. If stored plastic fats (trans-fatty acids) are utilized in the process, they block follicles, preventing hair from growing. Raw apple cider vinegar contains amino acids that chelate with heavy metals and the acids help dissolve plastic fats.
Aajonus: Balding: Topically, rubbing the juice of a pressed fresh raw garlic on to the scalp for five minutes, letting it stay for 10 minutes and then massaging 1 tablespoon of stone-pressed olive oil mixed with 2 drops of royal jelly (optional) into the scalp for 10-20 minutes once every few days strengthens follicles and hair. This usually stops hair loss and sometimes it promotes hair growth within several weeks, unless you have an allergy to shampoo.
Aajonus: I have recently been utilizing floured mixed peppercorns to grow hair and stop hair loss. (Rogaine, the famous hair restorer, is made from peppercorns but has lots of chemical additives.) I blend 2 tablespoons each of black and white peppercorns until it is a powder. I add 3 ounces of rain water (or distilled water not from a plastic bottle) and blend for 1 minute on medium speed. I allow it to stand in a dark cupboard for a day before I begin applying it. I apply it on a clean scalp by dipping my fingers into the peppered water and rub it into my scalp. I leave it until I wash my hair. You m ay apply it every time you wash your hair as long as it does not irritate scalp because the pepper can be irritating, I suggest applying it only every 3rd day.
Aajonus: Hair loss. That’s a difficult one. I lost a lot of hair after those injections 2 years ago April, and it’s growing back again. Putting butter or bone marrow on the scalp will help protect those follicles and help re-grow sometimes, but whenever you have hair loss it occurs usually with people who have a lot of testosterone. Even in women who have a lot of testosterone. What happens is the body uses the testosterone to detoxify, so it will grab mercury out of the brain, thallium, lead – anything that’s in the brain - and remember, those are more concentrated in the nervous system and brain because the brain uses metallic metals to conduct electricity and transfer light. So, metallic minerals are the strongest in concentration in the brain and nervous system. So when the brain throws it off, it throws it out through the scalp – damages the follicles, so all you can do is try to protect it. Men and women who are high in testosterone can detoxify more at one time because of the high rate of fat and protein in the testosterone molecules. So it takes those out and if you don’t have the highest quality fats – and I mean, concentrated fat and you’re very fat - it’s likely you’re going to lose hair.
If it is thimerosal from vaccine injections, even if you’re very overweight, you’re still going to lose hair; it’s going to damage the follicles. Chemotherapy is a high poison that will cause it in anybody and testosterone won’t have anything to do with that kind of chemical contamination follicle damage. The best thing to do is to lubricate the scalp so that the fats get down into the follicle to try and protect it, as the body builds those toxic metals into the hair to get rid of them.
Q: You get to comb the hair, or rinse it off?
A: No. You just take it and let it sit at room temperature and warm the softer ones, let it get warm, or put it in a little jar, immerse it in hot water and let it get very soft. And then rub it into your fingers lightly, not wet. You just separate your hair and then rub it into the scalp, so your hair isn’t too oily.
Q: How long do you leave it on for?
A: Leave it. Don’t rinse it out until the next time you take a shower or bath. If you’re using butter. If you’re using bone marrow, it’s best to take the bone marrow out of the bone as soon as you get it and put it in a 4 oz jelly jar. In the bone. The bone marrow will decay faster and age and become high faster. If you pop those out of the bone as soon as you get them and put them in a jar they last a long time – they last weeks or months. Yes. So if you leave it in the bone it’ll turn rancid quickly. Okay? So that’s what I do, I pop it out and then you put it in the jar and make it warm. I leave all mine out 8 hours before I eat them anyway so everything’s room temperature – my meat, my milk, everything. So if I want to do that, rub it thinly on, rub it in. It won’t stink. And again, you’re not putting it on the hair, except for maybe about that much of the hair because you’re spreading the hair apart and you’re rubbing it in those areas.
Q: Are you using the butter and bone marrow together.
A: That’s good. You can do that. I make that mixture when I get massages and I will use that for my scalp too. But I’m not as vain, so I don’t do it very often.
Q: I have a lot of radioactivity, uranium and heavy metals in my lab work. I’m developing some neurological problems. I’m a neuroscientist and I’m observing myself…also heavier hair loss so I know that there’s a lot coming through my scalp, but I notice I’m becoming ADD and flustered. My attention span is getting shorter and my memory has become very bad. A lot of things are getting better, but this is getting a little bit worse, progressively…
A: Are you having your vegetable juice?
Q: Yes, I have vegetable juice every morning.
I’m having trouble reading, it’s getting a little bit worse. I’m becoming a poor listener and I’m starting to invert numbers when I’m copying them down…
A: All that contamination you had, from formaldehyde and everything that poured into your body is in your brain. And as it moves it’s going to cause more damage. Now that you have the good weight on you, you should have less of that but there’s less circulation into the brain than other areas unless you sleep on the slant. So you can put a pie-shaped board, or something to raise your feet up so your head is down so in the night you get more flushed into the brain but you have to eat a meat meal before you go to sleep at night. And you can use sour cream with your meat and/or butter. Don’t use fresh cream with your meat – ever - because it will coat it and you won’t digest more than half of it usually. Sour cream is already broken down and there isn’t a lot of digestive process. Raw cream is very difficult, complicated to digest. It requires 60 varieties of bile to make 60 varieties of cholesterol to do all the chores. Butter only requires 1/3 to 50% of that, so butter is much easier to digest. Sour cream is a good thing for the brain because no fat feeds the brain and nervous system like raw cream but when you eat it with meat it’s very difficult unless it is already pre-digested as sour cream. And also you need the clay with the milk to help protect your brain and follicles.
Aajonus: I have my hair analyzed frequently. One time, Green Peace sponsored it, other times I had paid a small amount. I sent seven samples of my hair all from the same period to see if there would be different concentrations of mercury coming out of my hair. The area where I have been bald since chemotherapy and radiation therapy spits out the most mercury so it keeps me bald. There is starting to be some regrowth there and if I hadn’t had those injections I’d be 20 years younger than I am right now - the way I was before those injections.
Q: So, do you have a particular place where you recommend for hair analysis?
A: Well Doctors Data is where I had mine done.
A: It depends upon how fast your hair grows, my hair grows an inch a month. My nails grow about an eighth of an inch a month. So I have to cut frequently. And so if I cut off an inch of hair and send it in, I know that that is just for that last month.
Q: Right.
A: If I want three months time, I take three inches...depending on how long your hair is you'll know how much time is involved by the length of hair that you put in there.
Q: So I've been using vegetable juice as a wash for hair but my white hairs in my beard pick up the green and.... I started using the lemon juice and do you have any other suggestions?
A: I use fermented coconut cream. I let it turn pink and then I know, I dilute it. I use 10% coconut cream and use 90% water and then use it, I wet my hair first, get all the dead cells out of it. Put that mixture in there and then my whole body.....
Q: how long does it take to ferment?
A: If you leave it in a warm place....with not direct sunlight....could be a week.
Q: you don't use eggs anymore?
A: Yeah I do but I experimented with several things and I found that coconut cream is the best.
Q: So your shampoo formula is coconut....fermented....cream and water?
A: Cream and water.
Q: So 10% coconut cream.....water...
A: Yep.
Q: 10% equals?
A: you have 2 tablespoons of the coconut cream, and then how many times that would you multiply?
Q: Two tablespoons
A: That's one ounce of coconut cream, so you'd have nine ounces of water. I'm probably doing one ounce per eight ounces of water.
Q: I like the egg it makes it shine nicer.
A: Well so does coconut cream. Sometimes the coconut leaves the hair a little bit oily, I like that.
Q: Do you wet your hair before you put that coconut cream in?
A: Otherwise it’s very very oily for two days, if I put it on with it already wet. It'll say, kind of slick feeling for a few hours....
Q: And then you rinse it off?
A: Yes.
Thyroid Epidemic?
Aajonus: There’s no such thing as a thyroid epidemic. That’s what the pharmaceutical industry wants you to believe. Also, they tell you that the thyroid has to do with you losing hair. Do you know how many people lose hair because they don’t have an active thyroid? Very few, but they know that men and women are so vain, that all you have to do is tell them that a thyroid problem will cause them to lose hair. Who’s going to take Thyroxin - everybody, because they don’t want to lose hair. It’s got nothing to do with hair loss.
Q: I've been hypo-thyroid since I was 15, I lost half of my hair.
A: They say that low thyroid causes hair loss. Now they’re saying that any kind of anything will cause hair loss. That’s just loss of fat - not enough fat. Now you don’t have a problem, you have enough fat on you. It’s good.
Q: But I was always chubby.
A: Well, it wasn’t good fat. You weren’t metabolizing your fats properly.
Q: What, cooked fat?
A: Some people can digest cooked fat - to a great extent, but if you lost hair you weren’t assimilating some very important fats that get through to the skin.
Q: You don’t use any hair products. Do you put anything on your hair at all?
A: Yes, I wash my hair. I blend an egg, a whole egg, about ten strawberries, unless they are real big, then it’s like five or six, a tablespoon of honey and milk to fill that ten ounce canning jar. I blend that until it’s warm.
Q: Five minutes?
A: No, it usually takes about three minutes maybe. And then I pour some of it off into a little four ounce canning jar for my hair. Then I put a teaspoon of the clay in it and I blend it again for about a minute. Then I use that as my soap.
Q: For your body?
A: With the clay, because if I put it on the hair, it makes the hair too dry. So I take the stuff, the mix that I haven’t put clay in and I use that for my hair.
Q: To wash my hair. And it conditions it too.
A: Right.
Q: And nothing else.
A: Well, sometimes it’s still a little dry, so I will take a little butter, just a little amount of my palm, rub it there and then do the back of my hands, so it’s just a very little film and I will spray my hair a little bit and then rub the butter in?
Aajonus: Unless you fall out of a tree or get in a football game and knock the wind out of yourself and your heart stops, you don't need thyroxin. This whole crap that it affects your weight and your hair. Your pharmaceutical house knows how vain people are. Men and women. And you tell them it is going to prevent their hair from falling out... They are going to take thyroxin. And how many people are losing their hair because of vaccines and poisons, chemical poisons? Everybody. Absolutely everybody. So how many people out there take thyroxin when they don't need it? When it doesn't have anything to do with hair loss or weight gain. It is all a spin to get you to buy, buy, buy, buy and not get better.
Aajonus: Now since I was subdued in that hotel room and injected with those three shots my mercury levels – my aluminum levels are off the charts. Same with vaccines – I’ve had two vaccines. So, that’s obvious to me what they have injected me with. Now, my hair’s gone very grey. And I have berries with eggs and vinegar and pineapple almost every day to get rid of those poisons faster and lots of cheese to help remove that. Nothing causes more grey in a body than discharging aluminum – it destroys the para-aminobenzoic acid which regulates the pigmentation of the skin and hair. So, when aluminum gets into the hair follicles, the pallet can no longer be utilized – the pigmentation – so the hair will go gray. So, if you’re gray you’re discharging a lot of aluminum. Like, when I was discharging heavy – all this was grey at one time – this was all grey – keeps going in and out. Whenever I’m detoxing aluminum – more than anything else – my hair goes more grey.
Aajonus: Protein makes the hair grow fast; if I eat a pound, a pound and a quarter of meat a day my hair grows an inch or more a month. My nails, I have to cut them every ten days when I'm eating that much meat. So I usually eat a pound a day and it grows an inch...an inch a month; that’s a lot of hair.
Testimonial from Daniel K..: I had hair loss. Not anymore. Someone the other day told me I had soap opera hair.
Q: And you’ve noticed that the hair can go from gray to dark again based ...
A: When toxicity is being removed, like from my gonads. That is where I have one deposit left and I’ve got one in my brain. Mineral deposits. And that usually builds into the hair and the nails. So whenever I am throwing it off, my nails will ridge a little bit and my hair will turn gray and then when it stops my hair will turn back and my nails will get smooth again.
Aajonus: One man's in his 60s had intestinal problems so badly that he basically was dying. Just in the stomach, looked like a pear. He had inflammatory bowel syndrome. Went on the diet, got rid of it. Prior to the diet his hair was all gray, lost most of it. When he went onto the diet after about almost 2 years on the diet his hair came back in and red, and stayed that way for 15 years before it went gray again. And still, this man is approaching 70, and he's got the body of a teenager.
Q: 20 years after menopause and there’s lots of facial hair. Been plucking.
A: Better to shave. Body gets rid of a lot of heavy metals in the hair. That’s why when you have a hair analysis you always find lots of metal. Don’t pluck because it damages the follicle and then a week goes by without passing heavy metals and your skin is going to get thick and hard. Nothing to do with hormones – but toxicity. I suggest you shampoo your hair with fermented coconut cream (turns pink). Will be able to pull toxins from brain, scalp. Once fermented, it will have enough alcohol. Hair will be oily but will feed the follicle and protect scalp. Fat to defend itself against the poisons getting into the follicle.
Aajonus: Balding is the rapid or gradual loss of hair growth, usually occurring from metal-poisoning from canned foods, aluminum cooking utensils, deodorants, shampoos, soaps, and medication. Poor oxygen utilization is sometimes causative. It is also believed that poor thyroid function is causative, but my experiments disproved that theory. Eating raw berries with raw coconut cream, a little unsalted raw butter and a little raw cream helps bind with the metals so that they do not cause as much damage to follicles. Topically, rubbing into the scalp a blended mixture of 1 ounce fresh raw aloe vera gel (directly from the inside of the leaf) and 2 ounces never-been-heated-above-96º Fahrenheit fermented coconut oil helps protect the scalp and follicles. That usually stops hair loss and sometimes promotes hair growth within several weeks, unless you have an allergy to shampoo. Drinking naturally carbonated waters helps oxygen absorption. Drinking some parsley juice with celery juice helps oxygen absorption. Eating non-steamed dates helps thyroid functions. Eating 2 ounces of stone-pressed olive oil with meat 3 times each week helps remove dead cells in and around follicles. A good shampoo is whipped raw egg. Wet hair, apply and rub whipped raw egg to hair and scalp, let stand for 1-5 minutes and rinse.
Aajonus: There was a Russian general that wrote in his journal in WW II, “As long as my men were able to eat the dairy, (it was only raw then,) their hair and skin stayed supple and resilient. As soon as we had to resort to olive oil and other pressed oils, their skin and hair dried out within 3 months.” They are great oils to clean out your system but remember they are remedial. They are medicines. They are not to be consumed too much at a time.
Aajonus: I’ve been experimenting with milk on the scalp with different people for three years. Thickens hair shaft but doesn’t help regenerate hair follicles like a combination of half butter and half bone marrow does. I put it on my scalp once a week when I’m getting a massage when I’m here in town. In Thailand I get massages with butter or coconut cream, just not bone marrow. I’m not vain enough to do it more often.
Q: Do you use a filter for your shower?
A: Yes I have a filter to take out the chlorine. I also can turn it off and then take a shower. However I take showers when I am in that situation as when I lived in Venice and west LA for 10 years and had to have the LA city water which has about 288 chemicals now with the new fluoride in it, 189 plus. I always put at least a cup of milk in my bath with a 1/4 cup of vinegar and I always make my shampoo. If I don’t put it in my mouth I will not put it in my skin because the skin eats live cells. For my soap and shampoo. I blend one egg, 3-4 oz of green vegetable juice, about 2-3 oz of milk and a tsp honey and a ¼ tsp of vinegar. It gets a little alkaline with the vegetable juice in it and the little bit of vinegar will turn it acid. It will keep the skin healthy and prevent it from losing hair molecules that are too alkaline. So what I do is put it on my skin before I get down into the bath. Then I put it in my hair and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. I do not use any soap other than food.
Aajonus: Cilantro and berries will help our bodies remove heavy metals both deep and already loosened, respectively. Cilantro helps remove heavy metals but does not contain all of the animal fats that soothe and protect our cells, so there are side effects such as, nausea, graying of skin and hair, diarrhea and vomit. When we eat oysters in abundance to remove metals, there are little or no side effects.
Aajonus: Since April 2, 2011 until September 7, 2011, my last annual detoxification from those forced injections and anesthesia caused severe attention deficit disorders when I attempted to write. The area in my brain relating to writing became unresponsive and agitated when I attempted to write complex thoughts. It took me 3-5 times longer to write anything. Consequently, my newsletters have been tardy. Besides the brain disorder, I have endured since that time is severe increased hair loss on top my head.
Aajonus: I’m eating so much bone marrow. The bone marrow has stem cells. My hair is growing an inch and a half a month as long as I’m eating a lot of bone marrow. I eat a package a day. I just eat a meat meal, and then eat the marrow after, or eat a little bit while I’m eating the meat. Yeah. So if I have two meat meals I’ll break it up into two meat meals.
Testimonial from Marci in Chicago: I went on the Primal diet. My hair is stronger.
Aajonus: Unusual loss of hair from Adrenal exhaustion can be remedied by eating the Nut Formula or, less preferably, a cooked starch, like French, sourdough, and Italian breads with raw fat, 15 minutes before the energy drop is due each day, usually allows for normal energy levels. Eating a raw diet with plenty of fat, fish, vegetable juices and alkalizing foods gradually heals this condition in most cases.
Q: I read a few months ago you were going to devote time to baldness. Did you have any success? Your hair looks good in the latest Cancer Control Society videos on You tube. Can hair follicles be regenerated once they stop producing?
A: I found that raw milk rubbed into scalp 3-6 days weekly in mornings helps thicken hair. Bone marrow rubbed into hair before sleep helps restore hair very gradually.
Q: My head is itchy, major dandruff, and hair falling out way more than normal...I realize i'm dumping, but can I drink anything to help? (or eat)
A: Not much you can do internally because you could not eat enough fats to handle that intense of detoxification. Best to blend 2 ounce no-salt raw butter, 2 ounces bone marrow and 1 T. pineapple juice (squeeze from a chuck of fresh pineapple) and rub into scalp and leave it there. Spread hair and rub into scalp so do not get so much in hair.
Q: Do you approve of kombucha tea in any form?
A: No. It feeds on dead cellulose sugars. So the host for it is cooked. Some people claim that they can make it with honey, no sugar and no cooking but I do not know how. Honey is not dry or dead. I have seen it cause severe hair-loss and terrible gastrointestinal issues.
Aajonus: Hair cannot grow full and strong without protein but it does not regulate where hair grows. Regarding grains: Because of the toxicity created by waste-products and waste-byproducts formed from grains, grains often create brittle, thinning and lackluster hair with aging.
